LONDON (Alliance News) - Ryanair Holdings PLC has lost a court case that could in effect mean the budget airline can't fly from Denmark, according to a Financial Times report on Wednesday.
According to the report, a Danish court ruled that Ryanair must "sign a collective agreement with local staff or face a blockade from trade unionists".
Ryanair was not immediately available for comment.
Ryanair shares were up 4.2% at EUR12.31 on Wednesday afternoon.
