LONDON (Alliance News) - Fashion retailer Fat Face is making plans for a stock market debut, which would take place within months, Sky News reported Monday.
Fat Face and its owner, the private equity group Bridgepoint, have appointed Citi and Jefferies to work on a flotation later this year, Sky News reported, citing insiders.
The listing would see the arrival of Sir Stuart Rose, the former Marks & Spencer boss, current non-executive chairman of Ocado Group PLC, and one of Britain's best-known retail executives, at the helm of another public company, according to Sky News.
Fat Face was not immediately available for comment.
