LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed outsourcing group Capita PLC is understood to have hired advisers to explore the sale of Fish Administration, a specialist insurance company for disabled and elderly people, Sky News reported Tuesday.
Capita acquired the company for GBP21 million in 2012 but Sky said it understands the company has hired Deloitte to advise on a possible sale.
A spokeswoman for Capita declined to comment to Sky "on market rumour and speculation".
