LONDON (Alliance News) - Veterinary healthcare provider Premier Veterinary Group PLC said on Thursday it has appointed Andy Paull as chief financial officer with effect on November 30.
He will be replacing Will Evans, who is leaving on the same date after two years in the role.
Paull will join from AmerisourceBergen Inc, where he was finance director of the UK Animal Health division for nine months.
Prior to that he was part of another AmerisourceBergen business, Centaur Services, where he spent five years from 2013 to 2018, leaving as finance director.

Having headed up the financial team at ABAH UK, a GBP250 million turnover business in Nasdaq quoted AmerisourceBergen Inc's animal health division, he brings a wealth of knowledge and ideas to help us in this next phase of our journey," said Chief Executive Officer Dominic Tonner.
Shares in Premier Veterinary Group were down 2.1% at 74.15 pence on Thursday.
