LONDON (Alliance News) - Premier Technical Services Group PLC on Wednesday said the proceeds of a placing of shares on behalf of Chairman John Foley, Chief Executive Paul Teasdale and shareholder Hawk Investment Holdings Ltd amounted to GBP3.7 million.
The 4.4 million shares were sold at 83 pence each, the company said.
Foley, Teasdale and Hawk each sold just shy of 1.5 million shares in the company, equivalent to 5.1% of the total equity.
That leaves Foley and Teasdale with 54% of the company, split evenly between them. Hawk owns 22.6% of the company.
The shares were placed with with new and existing institutional investors with the aim of broadening the shareholder base and improving liquidity in the stock.
Premier Technical Services joined AIM in February, when it sold 9.6 million new shares at 52 pence each.
Shares in Premier Technical Services closed up 1.6% at 96.00p on Wednesday.
