LONDON (Alliance News) - Premier African Minerals Ltd Thursday said assay results from drilling on the RHA Tungsten Project in Zimbabwe have shown high-grade tungsten oxide results.
The natural resource company with mineral projects in Africa said drill results from six holes studying the Lode 2A mineralised zone all intersected mineralisation with inspection showing high grade results of up to 359 kilograms per tonne of tungsten oxide in assay and 154 kilograms per tonne in composite.
The company said the best assays to date were 142 kilograms per tonne in the DD07 hole, 159 kilograms per tonne in the DD11 hole and 359 kilograms per tonne in the DD09 hole.
Premier African said the composite results included a 1.46 metre space at 15.4 kilograms per tonne of tungsten oxide in the DD14 hole and a 0.28 metre space at 154 kilograms per tonne of tungsten oxide in the DD09 hole.
The company said it now is focused on tabulation of all remaining results and updating the resource model as a priority, with further updates in the near term.
Premier African Minerals shares were up 6.0% to 0.795 pence, putting it in the top-ten AIM risers Thursday morning.
