LONDON (Alliance News) - Southern and Western Africa focused resource and development company Premier African Minerals Ltd Friday said that Darwin Strategic Ltd has agreed to bring forward the release date of a second tranche of loan notes.
Darwin has agreed for the early release of the second tranche of loan notes in the amount of GBP157,000, to be released to Premier Friday.
Premier African Minerals said the funds will be used for additional working capital and to support expedited underground developments at RHA Tungsten (Pvt) Ltd in Zimbabwe.
The company expects to provide a full corporate update in the coming week, it said.
Shares in Premier African Minerals were down 2.2% at 0.587 pence Friday morning.
