LONDON (Alliance News) - Predator Oil & Gas Holdings PLC on Friday said it issued 2.0 million shares to Arato Global Opportunities Ltd to satisfy the conversion of a GBP150,000 loan note.
The note was issued on February 15.
Following admission of the shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, Predator will have 102.1 million shares in issue.
Predator Oil & Gas shares were trading up 0.5% at 9.80 pence each on Friday afternoon.
