Predator Oil & Gas Chair Cope Resigns; Kindinger Replaces In Interim

19th Jul 2019 12:33

(Alliance News) - Predator Oil & Gas Holdings PLC said Friday Chair Sarah Cope has resigned from the exploration firm with immediate effect, temporarily replaced by new Non-Executive Director Carl Kindinger.

Cope - chair since May 2018 - has resigned as both chair and non-executive of the Jersey-based firm. In her place, Kindinger has been appointed both a non-executive director and interim chair of the firm.

"We greatly appreciate Sarah's contribution to the company since our admission onto the standard list," Predator Chief Executive Officer Paul Griffiths said.

"We welcome Carl to the board as interim chairman," Griffiths added. "Carl brings significant financial expertise to the position and effective oversight of the company's finances going forward as we progress drilling in Morocco and develop production potential in Trinidad."

Shares in Predator were 1.2% lower at 4.94 pence in London on Friday.
