LONDON (Alliance News) - Powerhouse Energy Group PLC Tuesday said its pretax loss widened in the first-half as its costs increased and it generated no revenue.
Powerhouse said its pretax loss in the six months to June 30 was USD547,567, against a USD403,707 loss a year earlier.
The loss was driven higher by a jump in administrative expenses in the first-half, said the company, more than doubling to USD437,587 against USD208,626 last year. The company made no revenue, in line with the comparable period in 2013.
Powerhouse said the integration of the Pyromex companies has continued in the period and said it is holding talks with a number of potential customers.
Powerhouse shares were untraded on Tuesday, quoted at 1 pence.
