LONDON (Alliance News) - Emmerson PLC said Monday that it has appointed Mark Connelly as chairman of the board.
The Morocco-focused potash development company also said that Edward McDermott, the company's current non-executive chairman, will remain as a non-executive director.
Connelly previously was managing director and chief executive officer of Papillon Resources Ltd, which was sold to B2Gold in 2014. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman at West African Resources Ltd, Tao Commodities Ltd and Calidus Resources Ltd.
Shares in Emmerson were 1.6% lower at 3.00 pence each on Monday.
