Portmeirion Non-Executive Director Lady Judge To Retire

LONDON (Alliance News) - British pottery company Portmeirion Group PLC said Wednesday that Non-Executive Director Lady Judge has decided to retire after 18 years of service.

The company said Judge will not be seeking re-election at the company's annual general meeting on May 17.

Shares in the company closed at 1,037.50 pence, up 1.5%.
