LONDON (Alliance News) - Portmeirion Group PLC on Monday said it appointed Angela Luger to the board as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Angela has a wealth of high level general management experience, the homewares manufacturer said.
Most recently she was chief executive of online fashion brand N Brown PLC, prior to which she was CEO of private equity backed retailer, the Original Factory Shop Ltd.
In addition, she has held senior executive positions at Debenhams PLC and Asda Group Ltd.
She is currently a non-executive director at Distribuidora Internacional de Alimentacion, SA, an IBEX-listed food retail business.
Portmeirion shares were trading down 1.3% at 1,106.00 pence each on Monday.
