(Alliance News) - Plastic piping manufacturer Polypipe Group PLC on Tuesday said it will change its name to Genuit Group PLC on Wednesday.
The FTSE 250-listed firm will change its name to reflect the "continued progression of the group, including the development of new product areas and the acquisition of a number of strong trading brands."
Polypipe will remain one of the company's brands despite the re-branding.
Shares in Polypipe were quoted at 565.00 pence in London on Tuesday, down 0.4% The stock is down 5.4% so far in 2021.
