LONDON (Alliance News) - Polymetal International PLC said Friday that Marina Gronberg, a representative of Vitalbond Ltd a shareholder of the company, decided to step down with effect on October 22.
Vitalbond currently holds a 5.82% stake in the Russian miner.
Gronberg, who will resign after seven years, said that, despite her departure from Polymetal, Vitalbond "remains supportive of the business going forward".
Shares in the FTSE 250-listed miner were trading up 1.1% at 646.50 pence each.
