LONDON (Alliance News) - Polemos PLC on Friday said it has raised GBP80,000 in a fundraising with institutions and private investors.
The AIM-listed investment company said it placed 200 million new shares at 0.04 pence. The stock was down 5.3% at 0.045p on Friday.
"The placing is to raise funds for general working capital purposes and to assist in seeking investment opportunities," Polemos said.
The company also said that from Friday its registered office has changed to Borough High Street, London.
