LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment company Polemos PLC said on Tuesday it has appointed Nigel Burton as chairman with immediate effect.
He will be replacing Hamish Harris, who has resigned from the board after two years in the role since 2016 to pursue other business opportunities.
Burton is currently chief executive officer of AIM-listed Nu-Oil & Gas PLC for more than two years since October 2015, and prior to that was chief financial officer for Navig8 Product Tankers in Navig8 for three months within 2015, and chief financial officer for Petrosaudi Oil Services Ltd for nearly four years from 2011 to 2014.
Shares in Polemos were up 4.6% at 0.012 pence on Tuesday.
