(Alliance News) - London-based Polar Capital Technology Trust PLC on Wednesday said Tim Cruttenden will succeed retiring Peter Hames as senior independent director and chair of the remuneration committee.
Hames has served on the investment company's board since June 2011 and in accordance with the board's tenure policy, has retired having served nine years.
Chair Sarah Bates said: "Peter has been an incredible support to the board for the past nine years and we will miss his contribution, particularly in relation to Asian markets and given his great experience in investment matters."
Polar Capital Technology shares were down 0.1% at 2,115.00 pence on Wednesday afternoon in London.
