LONDON (Alliance News) - Polar Capital Holdings PLC on Thursday said Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee Michael Thomas retired with immediate effect.
The investment management firm said Non-Executive Director Win Robbins has accepted the invitation to become chair of the Remuneration Committee.
"The board would like to thank Michael for his service over the past ten years and his leadership of the Remuneration Committee since 2013," said Chairman Tom Bartlam.
"Win has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since her appointment to the board in 2017 and I am delighted that she has agreed to now chair that committee," added Bartlam.
Polar Capital shares closed 1.0% lower on Thursday at 494.00 pence each.
