Polar Capital Builds 4.9% Stake In Forterra (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Forterra PLC said Wednesday that Polar Capital LLP's holdings in the company has crossed the notifiable threshold.

Polar Capital now has a 4.9% stake in the company, which is equivalent to a total of 200.4 million shares.

The threshold was crossed Tuesday.

Shares in Forterra closed down 1.7% Wednesday at 288.00 pence each.
