30th Sep 2016 06:47

LONDON (Alliance News) - Online trading platform provider Plus500 Ltd said Friday it has been granted a licence to operate in Israel, operating a platform for retail customers to trade contracts for difference.

Plus500 said its Israeli operating subsidiary Plus500IL Ltd has been granted the licence by the Israel Securities Authority.

"We are delighted to be amongst the first companies to be awarded a CFD trading licence in Israel. We believe that Israel is an attractive market given its well developed and regulated financial markets," Chief Executive Asaf Elimelech said.
