Plaza Centers Revises Purchase Price For Bangalore Property In India

LONDON (Alliance News) - Netherlands-based property developer Plaza Centers NV said on Thursday it has agreed to revise the purchase price for a property in Bangalore, India to EUR43.8 million from EUR42.3 million agreed previous agreement.

This means that the local investor planning to purchase the property, will pay an additional EUR1.3 million on top of the EUR5.6 million already paid in the year. Also, EUR10.4 million will be paid in unequal monthly installments until the final closing on August 31, 2019.

Shares in Plaza Centers closed untraded on Thursday, last quoted at 80.00 pence.
