LONDON (Alliance News) - Plaza Centers NV on Tuesday said the purchaser of a special purpose vehicle, which holds a site in Bangalore India, has paid EUR375,000 out of the EUR2.3 million to be paid in the second quarter of 2019 for the acquisition.
The shopping and entertainment centres developer expects the remaining amount to be paid by the end of June.
So far, the unnamed purchaser, a local investor in India, has paid around EUR10.6 million on account of the consideration.
Plaza Centers shares were untraded at 22.50 pence each.
