LONDON (Alliance News) - Plaza Centers NV said Wednesday that it has extended the closing date for the sale of its 50% stake in a Indian land plot to December 20.
The company, which is selling its stake in a 74.7 acre plot located in Chennai for EUR12.7 million, said the buyer will also have to deposit non-refundable amount of INR10 million, or around EUR1.2 million, by end of November to maintain its right to complete the transaction
All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged.
Shares in the real estate company closed at 40 pence each.
