LONDON (Alliance News) - Emerging markets property developer Plaza Centers NV on Thursday said it has appointed an acting chief executive and a new chief financial officer.
Dori Keren will become acting chief executive, having previously overseen the group's operations in Poland and Latvia. Keren will take up the role on April 1 and will become permanent chief executive on January 1, 2017.
In addition, Yitshak Elias has been appointed chief financial officer, moving up from his role as head of the group's operations in India. He will replace Roy Linden, who has stepped down after nearly a decade with the company. Elias also will take up the new role on April 1.
Plaza Centers shares were untraded on Thursday, having last traded at 1.00 pence.
