Playtech Successfully Places EUR350 Million Bond Offering At 4.25% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Playtech PLC on Friday said it successfully placed a EUR350 million bond offering.

The FTSE 250 company provides technology services to the gambling industry.

It issued EUR350 million of 4.25% senior secured notes due 2026.

The net proceeds of the issue will be used to redeem on maturity all of the outstanding EUR297 million senior convertible bonds due November 2019 and pay interests accrued, Playtech said. The remainder will be used by the company for general corporate purposes.

Banco Santander SA, NatWest Markets PLC, UBS AG, London Branch and UniCredit Bank AG acted as joint active bookrunners, while Citigroup Global Markets Ltd acted as passive bookrunner.

Playtech shares were trading up 1.6% at 429.10 pence each, giving it an equity capitalisation of GBP1.36 billion.
