LONDON (Alliance News) - Crop enhancement products company Plant Impact PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Richard Amos as chief financial officer and an executive director, effective immediately.
Amos is the former finance director at Anite PLC, the wireless equipment-testing technology company, and left the role in 2015 after Anite was acquired by US firm Keysight Technologies Inc.
"With Richard appointed as chief financial officer, the group can continue its global growth and effectively deploy capital to our important developing soybean, cocoa and wheat research projects," said John Brubaker, Plant Impact's chief executive.
