LONDON (Alliance News) - Plant Health Care PLC said Friday that it is appointed non-executive director Richard Webb to an executive director position, and said it expects to post a fall in revenue for its full year.
Plant Health Care said its revenue for 2014 was USD6.9 million, lower than the USD7.5 million in posted in 2013. It had cash and investments at the year end of USD16.7 million, it said.
As a result of taking up the new position Webb will step down from the company's audit committee, and will be replaced by James Ede-Golightly.
The company said it had made "substantial progress" on its research objectives during 2014, and it has added new distribution agreements over recent months it expects to lead to further sales growth.
Plant Health Care will announce its full-year results March 30.
Shares in Plant Health Care are untraded Friday. It last closed at 106.00 pence.
