LONDON (Alliance News) - Leather products manufacturer Pittards PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Matthew O'Rourke as chief financial officer, effective from June 1.
He will take over from Jill Williams, who will become a non-executive on the Pittards board. Her departure was announced in February.
O'Rourke moves to Pittards from C&J Clark International Ltd, the owner of the Clarks shoe store chain, where he was director of finance supply chain.
Pittards shares were untraded on Thursday, having last traded at 74.00 pence.
