(Alliance News) - Picton Property Income Ltd on Friday said it has completed a trio of lettings which have added GBP900,000 in annual rental income.
Picton let the fourth floor of the Metro Building in Salford Quays, adding GBP400,000 in yearly rent.
In Glasgow, it let the third floor of 180 West George Street, adding GBP200,000.
Finally in Bristol, it extended the lease of an existing contract at the Tower Wharf building. The new lease gave the occupier an extra 73% of floor space. The agreement boosted rent by GBP500,000 per year.
Picton Property shares were 10% higher at 57.50 pence each in London on Friday afternoon.
