LONDON (Alliance News) - LED lighting systems designer PhotonStar LED Group PLC on Monday said its Halcyon lighting system has been selected to be installed in a Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC building as part of the bank's 'Go Green' initiative.
The trial has been funded by RBS as part of its push to source innovative products to address a number of environmental challenges, PhotonStar said.
The system will be installed at Trinity House in Bristol.
"The RBS trial is an excellent opportunity to work with RBS and prove Halcyon's value as a retrofit energy saving solution. As part of the trial RBS is also evaluating the benefits of circadian lighting on the health, wellbeing and productivity of its staff," said PhotonStar Chief Executive James McKenzie.
Shares in PhotonStar were untraded early Monday, having last traded at 2.05 pence.
