PhotonStar LED Switches Chairman As Nelson Steps Down From Role

12th May 2015 08:57

LONDON (Alliance News) - PhotonStar LED Group PLC Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Jonathan Freeman will become its chairman after Drew Nelson decided to step down from the role due to extensive business and travel commitments, although he will remain on the board as a non-executive director.

"We would like to thank Drew for his significant contribution to the board as chairman, at a time of major change, helping the transition of the Group from a British designer and manufacturer of retrofit LED lighting, to the introduction of Halcyon, an advanced wirelessly controlled IoT circadian lighting solution. We look forward to continuing to work with him as a board member," Freeman said in a statement.

PhotonStar shares were down 0.8% at 3.10 pence Tuesday morning.
