LONDON (Alliance News) - Phorm Corporation Ltd Monday said it has now launched commercial operations in China.
The personalisation technology company operates an opt-in online advertising platform that protects users privacy whilst making content and advertising more relevant to them.
Phorm said it is now serving paid advertisements in China, and has also now successfully launched its platform with a further five internet service providers with TTNET, a subsidiary of Türk Telecom Group.
It said that in terms of revenue generation, campaigns in Turkey are increasing in both size and volume, and gross consolidated revenue in the fourth quarter of 2013 increased 125% quarter-on-quarter.
"The company currently anticipates revenue to increase significantly as the growth in global user numbers accelerates with the expected launch of operations with new ISPs and in new potential markets," Phorm said in a statement.
Phorm shares were up 2.1% at 12.00 pence per share before midday Monday.
