(Alliance News) - Phoenix Spree Deutschland Ltd on Wednesday said it appointed Greg Branch as a non-executive director, with effect from Tuesday.
The company, which invests in German residential real estate, said Branch has over 30 years' experience working in the financial services and real estate sectors. He has considerable experience working with complex business structures and has a broad understanding of risk management and the valuation of unlisted assets.
He has previously served as senior partner at Deloitte LLP in Jersey. He holds a number of non-executive roles, including with Royal Bank of Scotland International Ltd and Saltgate Ltd.
"Greg brings a large wealth of experience to the company and we are delighted to welcome him to the board," said Chair Robert Hingley.
Phoenix Spree Deutschland shares closed 1.5% higher in London on Wednesday at 312.00 pence each.
