LONDON (Alliance News) - Phoenix IT Group PLC and K3 Business Technology Group PLC both said on Tuesday they are taking part in separate Microsoft Corp programmes.
Phoenix IT Group said it will take part in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Programme, allowing the company to provide direct billing, sell combined offers and services along with provision, manage and support Microsoft Cloud offerings on a direct basis.
"Today's announcement further strengthens Phoenix's UK Cloud credentials building upon our acceptance earlier this year to the UK Government's G-Cloud 5 procurement framework," said Phoenix Chief Executive Steve Vaughan.
K3 said it has been given membership of Microsoft's Global Independent Software Vendor programme, making it the first AX GISV partner for the fashion retail sector.
"The announcement demonstrates the strength of our strategic relationship with Microsoft and underlines the long term potential of our product," said K3 Chief Executive Officer David Bolton.
Phoenix IT shares were up 4.2% to 125 pence on Tuesday, while K3 shares were up 0.5% to 220 pence.
