LONDON (Alliance News) - Phoenix Group Holdings PLC Monday said two members of its executive management team have acquired shares in the group at 730 pence each.
The closed life assurance fund consolidator and asset manager said General Counsel Jane MacLeod and Group Human Resources Director Alan Jones each purchased 17 partnership shares, and were awarded two matching shares and 15 dividend shares each.
The partnership shares were purchased on October 7. The company paid all shareholders a dividend of 26.7 pence per share. As a result, all participants within the company's share incentive plan were issued dividend shares at a price of 749.5 pence, based on their share incentive plan holdings on September 6.
The matching shares will vest three years from the purchase of the partnership shares, subject to continued employment and the retention of the underlying partnership shares.
Phoenix Group shares were Monday quoted at 750.0 pence, up 3.0 pence, or 0.40%.
