Phoenix Global Resources Banks GBP3.5 Million After Warrant Exercise (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Phoenix Global Resources PLC said Tuesday it has received GBP3.5 million after two warrant holders decided to exercise them for shares.

Upstream Capital Partners VI Ltd exercised warrants for 8.1 million shares at a price of 26.00 pence each and Mercuria Asset Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd exercised warrants for 4.0 million shares at 34.00p each.

Phoenix Global also received an exercise notice as part of its IOX-linked warrant agreement, and it has settled this by issuing 3.0 million shares.

Shares in Phoenix Global were up 4.1% on Tuesday at 37.00p each.
