Philip Swinstead Now Holds 12% Stake In Services Company Parity (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Parity Group PLC said on Tuesday that shareholder Philip Swinstead held 12% interest in the AIM-listed services company after transaction on January 11.

Prior to that, Philip Swinstead holding was undisclosed.

Parity shares were closed down 2.1% at 11.50 pence per share on Tuesday.
