LONDON (Alliance News) - Pets at Home Group PLC on Monday said Graeme Jenkins will no longer be joining the group as chief financial officer.
The pet products and services retailer has appointed Mark Adams as interim CFO while it recommences the search for a permanent replacement.
Adams has previously held the role of CFO at Hastings Insurance Group and easyJet PLC, as well as at other companies.
Jenkins had been appointed as CFO in December, but his joining date was later postponed following reports of an investigation into supplier payments at Target Australia Pty Ltd, the Australian department store chain where he is currently the finance chief.
On Monday, Pets at Home said Jenkins' appointment has been withdrawn "by mutual agreement".
Shares in Pets at Home were trading down 0.3% at 256.71 pence on Monday afternoon.
