LONDON (Alliance News) - Russian minder Petropavlovsk PLC said Wednesday it appointed Harry Kenyon-Slaney as an independent non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
Kenyon-Slaney currently serves as non-executive chairman of Gem Diamonds Ltd. He has over 33 years experience in the mining industry, mainly working with Rio Tinto PLC where he held the roles of chief executive officer of Energy and before that CEO of Diamonds & Minerals.
Petropavlovsk shares were trading flat at 6.31 pence each on Wednesday.
