LONDON (Alliance News) - PetroNeft Resources PLC said Friday that Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary Paul Dowling will leave the company at the end of January to pursue other opportunities.
Dowling will be available to the company for a transition period while a suitable candidate is identified, the Russia-focused oil and gas explorer said.
"I would like to thank Paul for his service to PetroNeft over the years. Paul joined us in 2007 and has been a valuable asset to the company throughout the successes and challenges along the way. I wish him the very best in his future endeavours." PetroNeft Chair G David Golder said.
Shares in PetroNeft were trading 5.9% lower at 1.20 pence each on Friday afternoon.
