LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil services company Petrofac Ltd on Friday said it has secured a deal to act as the duty holder supporting Anasuria Operating Co Ltd, the joint venture operating the Anasuria cluster licences in the North Sea.
Petrofac said the five-year deal is worth an initial USD250.0 million and will secure 65 jobs.
Anasuria is a joint venture between Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd and Ping Petroleum Ltd and owns and operates the Anasuria cluster licence area, located east of Aberdeen.
Petrofac will handle the floating petroleum storage and offloading vessel at Anasuria, along with monitoring the pipelines.
