(Alliance News) - Permanent TSB Group Holdings PLC on Tuesday said it has immediately appointed Marian Corcoran to its board as part of its relationship framework with the Irish Minister for Finance.
Corcoran joins the Irish financial services firm as a non-executive director and is currently a non-executive director of IDA Ireland, a semi-state body aimed at promoting foreign direct investment in the country. She was most recently a member of the Public Service Pay Commission.
It was further announced that Director Richard Pike is to step down December 17 after six years.
Shares in Permanent TSB closed up 2.2% at EUR1.21 in London on Tuesday.
