(Alliance News) - Pensana PLC said its shares have delisted from the Australian Securities Exchange as ofWednesday.
The London-based exploration & development company gave notice to the ASX for the voluntary suspension of trading last Friday. It originally applied in January to be delisted from the ASX, gaining approval two days later.
Despite this, Pensana will maintain its listing on the London Stock Exchange, the only place it is now listed.
Shares in Pensana were up 4.8% at 120.50 pence in London on Wednesday.
Pensana was given special resolution to change its name from Pensana Rare Earths, in a general meeting held earlier this month.
