LONDON (Alliance News) - Pennon Group PLC said Thursday Non-Executive Director Martin Angle will be leaving the company at the end of 2018.
Angle has been on the board for nine years. He will stand for reappointment at the company's annual general meeting on July 5 in order to allow a period of continuity before his replacement, Pennon said.
Pennon shares closed up 2.3% at 727.84 pence.
