LONDON (Alliance News) - Water utility and waste management company Pennon Group PLC on Friday said Chairman Ken Harvey is to retire from his position on July 31 following the company's annual general meeting.
He is to be replaced by John Parker, who will join the board as an independent non-executive director and deputy chairman on April 1, before taking over from Harvey in August.
Parker is currently chairman of FTSE 100-listed miner Anglo American PLC and is a non-executive director of cruise company Carnival Corp & PLC.
