Pennant International Expects To Report 16% Revenue Growth In 2018

21st Jan 2019 11:03

LONDON (Alliance News) - Pennant International Group PLC on Monday said it expects only a minor effect from Brexit on its trading in the year ahead as it saw a double-digit revenue growth in 2018.

The AIM-listed supplier of integrated training and support solutions said revenue totalled GBP21 million and earnings before interest, taxation and amortisation GBP3.3 million in 2018.

In 2017, Pennant generated revenue of GBP18.1 million and Ebitda, excluding exceptional costs, of GBP2.1 million.

Looking ahead, the company said it continues to monitor developments regarding the UK's impending exit from the EU and its potential impact on the business.

"With no significant contracts with customers in EU member states, and no material supply chain in the EU, the group expects that Brexit will have minimal effect on its trading," Pennant said in the statement Monday.

Pennant intends to publish its 2018 results on March 12.

The stock was trading down 1.6% on Monday at 120.00 pence each.
