LONDON (Alliance News) - Pennant International Group PLC on Tuesday said Chairman Christopher Powell will step down at the end of 2016.
Pennant did not say whether or not the search for a replacement has started, but said Powell will remain a non-executive director after he steps down.
Pennant supplies logistic support products and services, primarily to the defence, rail, aerospace, naval and government sectors.
Shares in the company were untraded on Tuesday morning, having last traded at 31.40 pence.
