(Alliance News) - Pennant International Group PLC said Friday it has hired Philip Cotton as a non-executive director of the technical training equipment firm with immediate effect.
Cotton - a chartered accountant - is a former partner at KPMG, where he worked with a number of defence and aerospace clients, including BAE Systems PLC, Airbus UK and Rotork PLC.
"We are delighted to welcome Philip onto the board and look forward to benefiting from his significant knowledge and expertise," Pennant International Chief Executive Officer Philip Walker said.
Shares in Pennant were 2.0% lower at 86.25 pence in London on Friday.
