LONDON (Alliance News) - Pennant International Group PLC said Wednesday that its Finance Director, John Waller will leave the firm at the end of the year.
Pennant said Waller has given notice of his intention to retire as Finance Director of the firm with effect from December 31, 2014.
Christopher Powell, Chairman of the company said, "Over the next few months we will, with John's assistance, seek to appoint a suitable successor so that an orderly handover can be facilitated ahead of his retirement."
Shares in Pennant were trading 0.31% higher Wednesday morning at 96.80 pence per share.
